KoverNow PTE. Ltd. is a Singapore based digital platform with a sister company in the UK. KoverNow was founded in 2019 and focuses on improving the value proposition  of insurance by developing new solutions meeting the needs and expectations of a digital and mobile generation.

Stephan Kaiser

Stephan is the CEO our founder and responsible for the overall strategy. His relevant background stems from working for 25 years in advising global financial institutions for various investment banks in Europe and Asia, with a long-term focus on the insurance sector. Stephan has left banking in 2016 with a view to apply his training and experience to disrupt the insurance sector.

Stefan Schmidt

Stefan is KoverNow’s CTO and Co-founder and is responsible for application and platform development. Stefan has over 20 years of experience in developing highly scalable, robust and business critical internet applications at SAP and hybris. Stefan has become an independent executive at teamadvisor to various VCs for their investments in 2017 and joined KoverNow in 2019.

Manjiv Dodanwela

Manjiv recently joined the KoverNow team as COO to provide oversight for operational matters, partnerships and investments. In addition to his primary role as COO, Manjiv is also the designated Data Protection Officer for the locally domiciled entity in Singapore. He has spent more than 20 years working for international banks – including ABN Amro, JPMorgan and HSBC – across various functions spanning multiple geographies. His experience in leading teams to deliver transaction banking and digital payment solutions in SEA is well aligned to KoverNow’s initial geographic focus and commercialization strategy.

Robert Clara

Robert Clara is the CMO and Co-founder of KoverNow and responsible for the Go-to-Market strategy, Marketing and Communications. Robert has a background of more than 20 years in the IT/Software industry holding different positions in Business Development, Sales and Marketing. In his last role he was responsible for the Global Marketing at SAP / hybris and left the company in 2019 to focus on digitalization of traditional businesses.
